ThermoIgnite is an intelligent temperature-regulated glow plug control system designed to provide precise thermal management through continuous temperature feedback and automated control. The system utilizes a DS18B20 digital temperature sensor to monitor real-time thermal conditions and an Arduino Uno to process the acquired data and regulate glow plug operation accordingly. Based on predefined temperature thresholds, the controller automatically activates or deactivates the glow plug to maintain optimal heating performance while preventing overheating. System parameters, including temperature and operational status, are displayed on an I2C LCD for real-time monitoring. A buzzer provides audible alerts during abnormal temperature conditions or system faults. Powered through a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack with BMS protection and regulated by a buck converter, the proposed framework offers a reliable, energy-efficient, and safe solution for thermal control, ignition assistance, heating applications, and embedded temperature management systems.
