SunDry Tech is a smart, energy-efficient solar dryer system designed to improve the preservation of agricultural produce by automatically monitoring and controlling drying conditions. Utilizing renewable solar power, the system ensures optimal temperature and humidity levels for drying crops such as fruits, vegetables, and spices. It uses sensors and microcontrollers to maintain consistent drying performance, reducing spoilage and energy wastage.

An Arduino Uno collects real-time temperature and humidity data via a DHT11 sensor. This data is displayed on an I2C-based 16x2 LCD. Two variable preset controllers allow users to set their desired temperature and humidity thresholds. Based on sensor readings, an air blower fan and exhaust fan are controlled to regulate airflow and remove excess moisture. Power is supplied through a 12V solar panel connected to a 12V battery with a 3S BMS, ensuring sustainable off-grid operation.
