An ESP32 microcontroller serves as the intelligent control unit, continuously monitoring system parameters such as battery status, charging conditions, and temperature through a DS18B20 digital temperature sensor. Real-time operational data is displayed on an OLED display and can be transmitted to cloud platforms through IoT connectivity for remote monitoring and analysis.
The framework incorporates autonomous power flow control, enabling dynamic regulation of charging and load management based on available wind energy and battery conditions. Thermal diagnostics help prevent overheating and improve battery safety, while the BMS ensures protection against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, and cell imbalance.
