RFID-Based Smart Bus Entry System with Automatic Fare Collection

This project introduces an innovative solution for public transport fare management using RFID technology. The system utilizes an RFID reader to identify passengers as they enter or exit the bus, automatically deducting the appropriate fare based on their UID.

The system features:

• Automatic door control using servo motors for entry and exit,

• Real-time seat monitoring displayed on a 16x2 I2C LCD,

• Start/Stop control for the bus using driver push buttons,

• A buzzer alert for entry, exit, invalid cards, and full capacity alerts,

• Motor control to simulate bus movement,

• Predefined passenger UIDs with associated fares,

• A fare summary displayed when the bus stops.

Built using Arduino and simple components, this project demonstrates a smart and scalable solution for enhancing urban mobility systems through automation and electronics.
