This project presents a real-time industrial safety monitoring framework that combines gas exposure detection and force-sensitive event monitoring using an Arduino Uno platform. The system employs a gas sensor to continuously detect hazardous gas concentrations and an FSR (Force Sensitive Resistor) sensor to identify pressure-based interactions, impacts, or occupancy conditions. Sensor data are processed by the Arduino Uno and displayed on an OLED screen for instant visualization. The proposed framework enhances workplace safety by providing continuous environmental monitoring, early hazard detection, and real-time operational awareness, making it suitable for industrial plants, laboratories, storage facilities, and smart safety applications.
