PID-Controlled Automated Warehouse Temperature and Humidity Regulation System

The PID-Controlled Automated Warehouse Temperature and Humidity Regulation System is designed to maintain ideal environmental conditions inside warehouses and storage facilities. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller and a DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor to continuously monitor the warehouse environment in real time.

A PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control algorithm processes the sensor data and automatically adjusts the speed of ventilation fans through an L298N motor driver to maintain user-defined temperature and humidity setpoints. This intelligent control approach minimizes fluctuations, improves energy efficiency, and ensures stable storage conditions for sensitive goods.

An OLED display provides real-time visualization of temperature, humidity, system status, and control parameters. A buzzer alert system notifies operators whenever environmental conditions exceed safe operating limits. The system is powered by a 3S lithium-ion battery pack with BMS protection, while a buck converter supplies regulated voltage to the ESP32 and peripheral devices.

This solution is suitable for warehouses storing food products, pharmaceuticals, agricultural goods, electronic components, and other temperature-sensitive materials, helping to improve product quality, reduce spoilage, and optimize energy consumption through intelligent automated climate control.
