The Next-Generation Military Vehicle Cyber-Physical Protection System Using Edge Intelligence and GPS Analytics is an advanced defense-oriented security platform designed to improve the protection, tracking, and operational awareness of military vehicles operating in tactical environments. The system integrates ESP32-based edge intelligence, GPS positioning technology, intrusion detection sensors, and autonomous alert mechanisms into a unified cyber-physical architecture capable of monitoring vehicle status in real time.

The system continuously acquires geographical coordinates through a GPS module and performs onboard geospatial analytics to track vehicle movement, monitor mission routes, and verify operational boundaries. A virtual geofencing framework is implemented to define authorized operational zones. Whenever the vehicle deviates from predefined routes or enters restricted regions, the system immediately identifies the anomaly and generates security alerts.

An integrated IR intrusion detection sensor monitors unauthorized access attempts or physical tampering with the vehicle. Upon detecting suspicious activity, the system activates a buzzer-based warning mechanism and records the security event for further analysis. The OLED display provides real-time mission information, including location status, security level, geofence status, and alert notifications.

The system employs Edge Intelligence to analyze movement patterns, intrusion events, and operational conditions locally on the ESP32 without requiring continuous cloud connectivity. This reduces communication delays and enables immediate decision-making in mission-critical situations.

A rechargeable 3.7V lithium battery system with power management circuitry ensures uninterrupted operation during field deployment, making the system suitable for remote and harsh military environments.

The proposed framework enhances military asset protection by combining real-time tracking, autonomous threat detection, and intelligent situational awareness into a compact and cost-effective embedded platform.
