Intelligent Vehicle Safety Black Box with Crash Detection and Automated Emergency Communication

The Intelligent Vehicle Safety Black Box is a smart automotive safety system designed to detect vehicle accidents and provide immediate emergency communication. The system uses an accelerometer and vibration sensor to continuously monitor vehicle movement and identify crash events. When an accident is detected, the Arduino Uno processes the sensor data, retrieves the vehicle's real-time location using a GPS module, and automatically sends an emergency alert message through a GSM module to predefined contacts.

An SOS button is included to allow passengers to manually request assistance during emergencies. The system is powered by a rechargeable battery pack with BMS protection, ensuring reliable operation even during power interruptions. By combining accident detection, location tracking, and automated emergency notification, the proposed system enhances vehicle safety and enables faster emergency response.
