This project presents an intelligent motor control framework that combines real-time motor analytics with closed-loop speed regulation using an ESP32 microcontroller and encoder feedback technology. The system continuously monitors motor speed through an encoder attached to the DC gear motor and compares the measured speed with the desired reference value. Based on the feedback data, the ESP32 dynamically adjusts PWM control signals through the L298N motor driver to maintain accurate and stable motor operation. An OLED display provides real-time visualization of speed, operating status, and system parameters. The proposed framework enhances motion precision, operational efficiency, and control stability, making it suitable for robotics, automated guided vehicles, industrial automation systems, and intelligent motion-control applications requiring high-performance speed regulation and feedback-based decision making.
