The Intelligent Container-Based Water Filling System with Flow Sensor Analytics and Smart User Control is a smart liquid dispensing solution designed to accurately fill containers while minimizing water wastage and user effort. The system employs an IR sensor to detect container placement and a push button to initiate the filling process. Once activated, an Arduino Uno controls a water pump through a relay module and continuously monitors the dispensed water volume using a water flow sensor.

Real-time flow rate, dispensed volume, and operational status are displayed on an OLED screen, providing users with clear feedback throughout the filling process. A buzzer generates audible notifications when filling is completed or when abnormal operating conditions are detected. The system can also drive auxiliary mechanisms using a DC gear motor controlled via an L298N motor driver, enabling automated nozzle positioning or conveyor-based container handling.

Powered through an SMPS, buck converter, and 9V battery backup, the platform ensures reliable operation under varying power conditions. The semi-automatic design combines user control with intelligent automation, making it suitable for water dispensing stations, industrial filling processes, smart beverage systems, and laboratory liquid handling applications.
